This is the ultimate silicon tube hack

You can recycle used up silicon tubes by filling them up with other liquids such as carpenters glue.

It's easy to use a rod to push the plunger in an old tube bark out the bottom and clean any residual out of the tube with a paper towel and stick.

Now you can fill the tube with a new liquid that you can apply with a caulking gun.

Don't forget to label the tube so you and others know what's in it.
